Common questions
Do you deliver Australia-wide? +
Yes, to metro and regional areas. Everything ships from our Gold Coast warehouse. Rooftop tents and packages go by freight (from $149 in QLD) and awnings ship for a flat $100. Rates for your state are shown at checkout.
Should I choose depot, business or residential delivery? +
Depot or business delivery (with a forklift on site) is the cheapest way to get a rooftop tent. Residential tail-lift delivery costs more because of the size of the package. Awnings over 2.5 m can't be delivered to a residential address.
What if my order arrives damaged? +
Please check your order as soon as it arrives, and report any delivery damage with photos within 48 hours so we can sort it out quickly. This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Can I pick up my order? +
Yes. Rooftop tents, packages and awnings can be picked up free from our warehouse at Yatala on the Gold Coast. Choose pickup at checkout and we'll let you know when it's ready.
Can I buy a tent, awning and shower tent together? +
Yes. Grab one of our ready-made touring packages, or use the Build Your Package page to pick your own combination and see the total with delivery before you check out.
What about warranty and returns? +
Our gear comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. See our returns and warranty policy for the full details, or send us a message above.
