Everything we sell ships from our warehouse on the Gold Coast, Queensland. We deliver Australia-wide to metro and regional areas.
Rooftop tents and packages
Rooftop tents and touring packages are bulky items and go by freight. You choose the delivery type at checkout:
- Depot or business delivery (forklift on site) is the cheapest option.
- Residential tail-lift delivery comes to your home.

Awnings
Awnings ship for a flat $100 per order, anywhere in Australia. Awnings over 2.5 m long can't be delivered to a residential address, so please choose a depot or business address with someone there to receive it.
Everything else
Smaller items ship by standard post for $11, free on orders of $100 or more. Express post is $15.
Free pickup
Rooftop tents, packages and awnings can be collected free of charge from our warehouse at Yatala, on the Gold Coast. Choose pickup at checkout and we'll contact you when your order is ready to collect.
International orders
Rooftop tents, packages and awnings ship within Australia only. Some smaller items can ship to selected countries for a flat $20; the options available to you are shown at checkout.
Tracking and delivery
We'll email you tracking details once your order is dispatched. For freight deliveries, the carrier may contact you to arrange a delivery time.
Damaged in transit
Please check your delivery when it arrives. If anything is damaged, note it on the carrier's paperwork if you can, take photos, and contact us as soon as possible so we can sort it out.
